I have literally tried every diet, followed every guru, drank the drinks, did the meal plans, followed the rules….and nothing!! I stumbled upon this book and thought what the heck… I’ve tried it all so might as well try this too! AND WOW!!! This has been the only book that has actually taught me how my metabolism works and how I can actually manipulate it to work in my favor. I had no idea you could even do that until reading this book!
